One Nutcase Holdout,
Putting Truth on the Record...
Purdue Pharma Docket Submissions
In 2019, I filed a claim in the Purdue Pharma Bankruptcy case and became one of the few voices willing to publicly object, testify, and put Truth on the Record. Though I am not a lawyer and carry the effects of years of prescribed pharmaceuticals, I felt compelled to stand for the Reality of Truth.
For Such a Time as This...
For Such a Time as This...
In 2019, I filed a claim in the Purdue Pharma Bankruptcy case. When it went to the Supreme Court, one of the Justices exclaimed that ONE NUTCASE HOLDOUT shouldn't be able to hold up the whole case. I don't know if she was referring to my claim or not, but I was the only Pro Se Claimant, with over 15 years of RECEIPTS, who entered a 'timely objection' and testified at the first Confirmation Hearing.
I was hoping that since this case was FOUNDATIONAL to the OPIOID CRISIS that it wouldn't be handled in the typical fashion, with lawyers being the only real beneficiaries, but sadly it has been even worse. I felt compelled to put myself out there because NO ONE was trying to SHUT THE FRONT DOOR to the drug crisis! Below are some of my own pleadings to the Court; GOODFAITH efforts to share the Truth and make things better.
I am not a lawyer, as is plainly evident, and I have a drug-damaged mind, but the Lord gave me HOPE and I had to try and make things better, in a world, Corrupted by GREED COLORED GLASSES and little desire to TALK TRUTH.
But, God...
