Before the opioid crisis, I worked within the healthcare system and witnessed firsthand how medications were managed and dispensed. Years later, as a long-term pain patient prescribed opioids, I experienced the devastating consequences of a system that had changed dramatically. Having seen both sides of the crisis—and lived through its impact—I felt compelled to speak up. The testimony and documents shared here represent my effort to put Truth on the Record, promote accountability, and help prevent future harm.
