As I uncovered these unknown family members, I began discovering more than names and dates. I found evidence of faith, integrity, and sacrifice. Hidden within old letters, family papers, photographs, and historical records was a trail left behind by men and women who followed Jesus Christ through War, Hardship, Sacrifice, Loss, and Uncertainty. Their stories held the Faith, Perseverance and Resilience to encourage me in my own struggle with a Broken Family and resulting Abuse and Abandonment. What started as a search for family connection became something far deeper, a Revival within my Spirit! Their stories became like a Faded Blood Trail through the generations as I went on a Journey Through Time to uncover Evidence of the Savior's influence in my Bloodline. In an era marked by war, personal loss, and uncertainty, their Courage, Convictions, and Steadfast Faith helped encourage me to develop a Deeper Relationship with Jesus Christ. What I thought was genealogical research slowly became a Spiritual Inheritance I laid Claim to, like a Lapsed Legacy of Truth.
